  Either the manual trip lever needs to be lubricated (not falling back fast 
  enough (It's on the mech, just to the right of the tonearm and is the lever 
  that pops up quickly when the reject cycle is tripped.)

  Or

  The end of record switch is stuck, shorted or the contacts are touching.

  Or

  You have a shorted or stuck reject button on the back of the machine.
