Hi Carl,

I suggest you ask your plater about these issues and hope for straight 
answers.
First question.... have you replated jukebox castings before?
If YES, then you might think answers to the rest of your questions are based 
on their prior experience.
Last time I had rechroming done this forum advised me to request they don't 
"polish" overly because that can remove any fine detail of the raised 
patterns or lettering etc.
Ask them if the threaded holes become plugged during the process and what 
they or you can do to prevent this..
Ask them if the studs, being of different metal than the casting will cause 
half cell potentials that will interfere with the even colouring or 
depositing of the new chrome.    If so, you might have to figure out a way 
of removing the studs or covering them with some kind of temporary epoxy or 
something (maybe just electrical tape) to insulate them from the 
electrolysis happening in the plating solution.
Just a few thoughts....
