[Jukebox-list] Wurli 1050 service switch

Julie,
  That's sorta a mis-translation--it is only the "gripper motor switch". With that switch in the on position, power will go thru it to the motor. They corrected that terminology in later books which call it the "Gripper motor on/off switch". 
  If I recall correctly, there is another switch, down on or near the door, which is the "true" service switch---maybe getting this mixed up with another model phono--- Ron Rich

Thanks! I am still fussing a bit with the override control switch, but
that's a more livable problem than being without my jukebox.
