[Jukebox-list] Wurlitzer 3600 problems

Hi, A friend of mine has a 3600 series jukebox, I have taken on the role of  the technical friend who may be able to fix it. (I may live to regret this)

I am new to Jukeboxes, and we only have a circuit at this stage (Looking for a manual as soon as I finish this entry), so please excuse my ignorance at this early stage.

This unit only selects and plays the one record located at location D1. It plays the record, when it finishes, it puts it back in the magazine,
then picks it up again and plays it, the cycle continues over and over.

If we select the "scan" position, the magazine spins around. when we go back to "run" position, it goes right back to position D1, and picks up
the same old record and plays it.

Any clues, or should I just find a manual and start from the start?
