[Jukebox-list] interchangeable motors?

Hi Ron,
thanks so much for the info on the motors, that would be exciting if I could 
get them working.  I did talk to Charlie last night, he has none and doesnt
know where I could get one.  I also tried Bill Bickers and most of his were 
not working.  I did check the catalog at VG and they did not have it either. 
I will disconnect the current motor and check all the information on it. 
With luck I will find one.

Regarding the hum, it's when the tone arm goes over the record, that's when 
the humming starts.  As the record plays, the volume goes in and out (up and 
down).  I unplugged the input to the amp and the hum was still there.  I was 
not sure about the ground wire, I thought I found it but it turns out it is 
wired to the tone arm.  It is a small wound wire that eventually feeds into 
a large, cloth wrapped cord that plugs into the input on the amp.  I did not 
see any other wire that came off if it for a ground wire.

I did order a manual last night and that should help locate some of this 
stuff.  I could not find the correct Juju juice yesterday, if I get time I 
have another store to check.  I am so excited about this Jukebox, its coming 
along nicely and I think it's worth all the fun I am having.
