One Monkees song I'd really like to find on 45 is "Papa Gene's
Blues".  I don't think it was ever released as a single, however.
Mike Nesmith wrote a lot of their best material, and his stuff is
hard to find.  The producers probably had to deal with the
"professional" songwriters to release their stuff preferentially.
