You have a paper size mismatch, assuming that you are in the USA (or
Canada?). It has been a while and I cannot remember the exact details,
but you will need to change the formatting of the document. Since this
comes out of Europe the document is set for the A4 paper size. You need
to change it to 8.5" x 11" paper size. If you are using Word, look for
"Page Setup" on the file menu. Once you select that, then you will need
to change the paper size to 8.5 x 11. I think that should do it.
