G'day Lee,
I have the outer dome ring.  It has been painted.  I have found like this it 
serves to protect the aluminium from oxidation. I chrome all aluminium I do 
not anodise them.
I have an original C2 speaker grill that has not been kicked hard to find 
one that has not been kicked.
I may have the play meter and drive pinion. I will have to check tomorrow. 
I am in Australia
