    Don, the public's attitude to retail sales definitely puts them in the 
driver's seat. Some of these people use this attitude in demanding service 
on their obsolete coin operated music equipment. In our shop they are in for 
a rude awakening.  One of the advantages of owning your own enterprise is to 
develop an immunity to these people. If you are a wimp, close your doors and 
go out and get a nine to five job. You do not enjoy freedom. Wes
