[Jukebox-list] Rockola 469 Wallbox

I have a customer's Rockola 469 in the shop for a minor repair and general service. My customer has asked about adding a wallbox to the unit. I have never messed with a wallbox on any model juke whatsoever but I see lots of y'all talking about them so figured this would be a good place to ask a couple of questions that might be pretty obvious to everyone else. 

1) The manual lists wallbox 507 as the appropriate one but I have noticed over the years that those in the know will know of several different models of wallboxes that are compatible. Any advice here would be appreciated.

2) How many wires and what gage are required? My customer wants to use this wallbox in his breakfast nook about 20 feet from the jukebox and may go ahead and have wires run now (before I locate a wallbox for him) since he is in the process of renovations to his house.

3) Same question for a remote volume control unit.

4) Anything  I should know about this and haven't asked?
