[Jukebox-list] Rockola 469 Wallbox

Thanks Ron.....didn't know Charlie was in the hospital. I hope it's not too
serious and that he recovers quickly. The idea of doubling up smaller wire
might come in handy. I already have some smaller cabling that has 10
separate wires in it.
I wasn't aware there were separate manuals for wallboxes either. No wonder
I'm in the dark after looking in the 469 manual. Victory Glass is getting to
know me better and better all the time.
Thanks again.

man who would know, "RockOla Charlie" is in the hospital--

the three wire (in the cable) system. If so, I use Belden # 8445 wire, which
is a 5 wire cable. I double up on two wires for the 25vac and ground, and
use the one wire left for the signal pulse.

proceeding to run wires.
> As for the VC, once again, I am not sure which system is used on that
model. I think it's the same five wire system that Seeburg used. Again,
check the 469 service manual, before taking my word--Ron Rich

general service. My customer has asked about adding a wallbox to the unit. I
have never messed with a wallbox on any model juke whatsoever but I see lots
of y'all talking about them so figured this would be a good place to ask a
couple of questions that might be pretty obvious to everyone else.

over the years that those in the know will know of several different models
of wallboxes that are compatible. Any advice here would be appreciated.

this wallbox in his breakfast nook about 20 feet from the jukebox and may go
ahead and have wires run now (before I locate a wallbox for him) since he is
in the process of renovations to his house.
