Thanks Ron,
the cabinet is limed oak (don't know the condition), there is no stand. 
What is a preamplifier?
 I have 2 really nice Wurlitzer speakers I bought for the Wurlitzer Wallbox 
that I could use.
  Do you think $250 is a fair price if it's in good condition?
