That's surprising as Seeburg was the biggest proponent of
the 45 outside of RCA itself, and they might well be the
reason it succeeded as a format.

I've sure never seen one.  I assume you could put an M100-B
mechanism in an M100-A cabinet and all the wires would 
connect correctly, but it would look weird.  They must have
been referring to the conversion kit.
