Can anyone expalin why Seeburg went from a remote volume, with the Volume Potentiometer located in the remote control, to the motorized more recent type. It would seem logical, and much more cost effective to mount the Poteniometer remotely? Think about what it takes to control the pot remotely, compared to the pot being remote. Dan
