Mark, the selection pulse going to the keyboard is NOT in the large
Jones plug. It is in the 8 circuit octal socket on pins 3 & 4 ( the letter &
number groups are separate) and is generated on the group of switches on the
credit cancel arm.. The number group is fed through a one ohm resistor on
the credit unit. This may be your problem. Check and read your schematic. If
you cannot understand it, learn how to read schematics. To be a good
repairman it is imperative to know your schematics. Wes

Subject: [Jukebox-list] Seeburg M100B amplifier troubleshooting

I see you are working on a SeeburgM100B also, dont know if you can help me
at all. Im new to this .
The Mech is working its Cleaned and oiled
I have cleaned the pinbank, when i move the pins out to the on position the
mech scans on all 100 pins.
I have cleaned the CCU and it gives credits and the select light, lights up
When i make selections by pushing the buttons, The selection takes off
credits when selections are made but the levels fail to move out to the on
position
I have checked the
         2amp slo-blo fuse
cleaned the U and V contacts
         cleaned the X contacts
checked that the 27 prong is seated and clean

Also the selection counter solenoid is not working when a selection is made,
but does work if i touch ( activate ) the step switch

Any Ideas ?????..IM LOST......

Thank you Mark
