  "Wheels" are rivited to a "bolt-in" frame on that model. You can remove 
the frame, cut or grind the rivits, to remove the castors. The original 
castors were made by "Basssik", which has since been taken over by 
"Shepard". I don't know if thy still make castors with the same 
configuration or not, but you can always re-drill the frames to accept the 
new castors. Look in the phone book for a few cities in your area under 
"castors" and/or "hand trucks"
