Dave, the system that AMI uses on the Continental and model K is
exactly reversed from conventional. The latch solenoid is energized with no

Like I said, I know nothing about Continentals, but
AMIs from the early 60s have a solenoid-activated-to-
make-a-selection, solenoid-off-to-release-the-buttons
type of setup. When you're describing sounds like
solenoid-activated-to-make-a-selection and solenoid-even-
more-activated-to-release. There's a non-sequitir here.
