Lanway, we have empathy with your situation. We have been exposed to
these 'people' for over thirty years. We found the only solution was to
charge exorbitant prices for our work. Of course in this situation, we have
to do excellent work. We found that this policy will weed out the
cheapskates. The truly reasonable persons will understand the motive and do
not object to the prices. We found that the more you charge, the more of the
right kind you will get. Wes
