Nice comments about DSs? This hobby really has turned. That wasn't what I was hearing when I got mine 10 years ago. :)
I always wondered about "In the Heat of the Night" because the producers got a new box at the time and made it look seedy. If Seeburg provided the equipment, they didn't get their value from the product placement. Maybe everybody figured that visible mechanisms were a thing of the past and they just marked time with the DS waiting for the new "modern" styles.
