    When we applied those decals, we would coat the glass with a liberal 
amount of soapy water. This would inhibit the decal from sticking and all 
bubbles could be squeezed out. You can slide the decal around to get a 
perfect fit.  When I asked the supplier about what happens to the soapy 
water, he replied because the decal is porous the soapy mixture can 
everaporate. I doubted it but after letting the glass a day or two,  the 
decal was set.  Wes
