It looks a little like a neon lamp, although I've never
seen one with *three* electrodes.  It isn't necessarily
jukebox related.  Seeburg made a lot of equipment for the
military during WWII, including the super-secret Norden
bombsight.  Several of those showed up NOS in Herbach and
Rademan's catalog ~20 years ago.  I wish I had bought one,
but as a poor college student I couldn't afford the $200.
