Jurjen,
  Going from my great--but not to long memory---follow the "reject" wires down from the volume control/reject switch box to the amp. Disconnect them on the amp and see what happens. If it's still the same, you have something pulling the reversing relay up on the mech at the "service switch" area. You will need to dig out the schematic at this point---Ron Rich
