Hi Dave,
that's interesting you had the same problem......was it Elvis???  LOL.  I 
found a relay, high in the very front of the machine that was loose.  I 
followed the wires from the pinbank to this relay, pushed it in tight and 
haven't had any trouble since then!  As a matter of fact, that machine plays 
EVERYDAY and it's so reliable.  I love the sound, it's got great speakers! 
Are you happy with your 3410?  How long have you had it?  Where did you get 
yours from?
