Clip a hemostat on one of the pins on an end of the cylindrical body at the lower end of the tone arm. Hold the tone ran vertically with the cartridge end up and swing the hemostat gently back and forth The hemostat should return slowly downward. The rate of swing will determine the viscosity of the damping fluid. Wes
