Kyle, Rowes are infamous about the old cam switches. They do not have any 'wipe' like open leaf switches. A good way to test them is with a test lamp while in the circuit.
Another problem that will confuse you is a shorted coil if more than one is on the same circuit. Depending of the routing in the cabinet harness, it is possible for a shorted coil will not blow a fuse, but only sap the energy from operating other coils in that circuit. One particular troublesome circuit is in the play enunciator, a shorted one will cause the selection to not reset.
I do not know whether this was intentional of the engineers to use this size wire or was it for economy's sake. Wes
