[Jukebox-list] Connecting wallbox to AMI K & Continentalsl

I wish to connect a wall box to an AMI "K" 200 play they have the same mech as the Continental.
I have a 200 stepper CCA and the correct wallbox.     What  wire is used to connect them?     I have a box full of old wiring some for remote volume controls and some from steppers.        I know I may also require to obtain a Manuel as there is no reference in either the "K" or the Continental in the manuals that I have.
I would like to be certain I have the correct wiring and connectors before going and purchasing a Manuel.
Are there any other special requirements.
Is the CCA the correct stepper.
