Graeme,

I bought a copy of the CC[A,B,C,D] manual a while back and pdf'd it.  
According to this manual the K has a built in stepper which to me sounds 
like the CCA wasn't designed for it (Continentals didn't come with the 
stepper as a standard item).

I'd be happy to email the pdf to you but it's 2.8MB.  Let me know if you 
want it..
