I use regular title strips and an IBM Selectric typewriter
with the Orator element, which has two sizes of large
upper case characters.  Very title-strip-y looking.

They've been pretty well standardized since the early 30s.
Seeburg introduced the "duplex" title strip with the M100-A.
I think Wurlitzer was the last to adopt the duplex strip
for that reason.
