This is not, nor has it ever been, a 78 record changer.  You
couldn't fit a 10" record in that rack, let alone a 12" one.
And the mechanism itself is a 45 mechanism.

In a thread a couple months back we seem to have reached a
pretty safe conclusion that Seeburg themselves never made a
conversion kit, other than to sell the operator an entire
45 mechanism to put in his M100-A cabinet, and I'm not sure
it was convincingly established that then ever actually
did that, either.
