Ron- I'm one of these newbies who likes to get the juke home, plug it in 
right away, and go go go. When something malfunctions, I panic. I usually have no 
clue where to start and always assume the worst. I understand the frustration 
you old pros have with guys like me, but do appreciate your taking the time to 
address my problem(s)-!
