[Jukebox-list] Rockola 1448 Grill ?

There appears to be no reproduction metal  door grills for the Rockola 1438, 1448, 1454 available. As you know, these grills are frequently kicked in, holed, torn... Has anyone attempted to make one using thicker guage metal foil? Any ideas?

Also, is the "pinbank" on the Rockola 1448, the selection contact strip below the selector buttons, or the round, circular trip lever thing that's fits between the record carrosel? I've got the Rockola manual, for what good it is, but the word "pinbank" is not used in describing the parts.
