Hi Bob,
sorry for the confusion, the Jukebox and the Wallbox are both 100 select.  I played around a little yesterday and it may be in the connection from the stepper to the control unit.  It does not seem to seat tightly.  When I push them together and hold it, I did get a selection from the B Letter (before this, B would not select at all).  I was excited about the selection working and then the power went out in our neighborhood and is still out, 24 hrs. later.  I am out of town this weekend and will try when I get home tomorrow.  I am sure it's something simple like that, fingers crossed!!
