Personally, I prefer the 2404 with simpler circuits. This should make no difference to you. The 104 mechanisms had years in production to perfect it. The 2410 mechanism is a first. You would think it would be like the 2310 but its not, and its an improvement over the 2310. The 2404 uses a 257 stepper for remote selection and it is placed on the inside floor of the cabinet. This is real straight forward and easy to find. The 2410 places a very compact stepper in the pin bank assembly and cannot be seen without close examination. Yours may or may not have one. The 2410 was designed to be connected to Seeburg 3W1 wallboxes. Just remember if it uses a Cobra cartridge, it will ruin stereo records. For this reason the 2410S would be the better choice if it is not dual pricing. Wes
