Brantley,
I'd say since he offered you can probably get it cheaper than $200.00,
or anyway I'd make a counter-offer if your serious. Even at $200 you
can't get hurt.... Good luck.

Subject: [Jukebox-list] Seeburg STD4 - On Auction
Howdy friends! I was at a live auction Saturday and up for bids was a
nice
Seeburg STD4 Mardi Gras from 1977. It is a 160 selection machine that
plays
those wonderful 45s. The machine is loaded with records in great shape.
The
auctioneer demonstrated the box and it played great. It had been
serviced by a
qualified repairman and only needs a good cleaning now. I was shocked
that the
auctioneer only got one sealed bid for $250.00. The person that
submitted
the sealed bid did not show up and the auctioneer has offered it to me
for
$200.00. What do you all think? Jackie, I thought about you when I saw
it. You
seem to be getting great deals these days! As of yesterday, he still
had it.
I can pick it up this week as it is loacted only about 5 miles from my
home.
Any feedback much appreciated! Should I get it????
Brantley
