    Karl, I'm sorry the way I said what I did came out.  I find that most with a formal education are at a disadvantage in communicating with people like us. My opinion of most of these people are 'educated idiots'. Of course there are exceptions. Getting a formal education because your parents can afford to pay for your tuition is the wrong reason. No amount of class instruction will replace getting your hands dirty. When I was learning I was not fortunate as we are today. There was no internet to call upon. Wes
