I didn't intend to suggest that that was the case. What I was saying was 
that the next event in the operation is that this micro should operate. 
If, as seems likely, the reversing solenoid is not operating the most 
likely problem is that microswitch. BUT if things are all seized up and 
it isn't switching then there may be a mechanical problem rather than an 
electrical one.
