Hello Jim, Ron, Wes and Kyle,

thanks for your inputs on the picture. So this has nothing to do with music!

I never saw a big gambling machine like this before but I guess they never made it over here. Were they actually allowed everywhere in the States? Or only in restricted areas?

Gambling device for sure.
It was the setting that gave it away.  It looks like a Nevada/Lake Tahoe hotel, and there's another machine of some kind near by.
