[Jukebox-list] 1015 On Craigslist Phoenix

David and Jackie,

I am certain they (scammers) would want the money
first.  I never replied to this scam.  It would be
good to ignore these items as soon as any hesitation
is made about the availability of the machine for
inspection.  

On the other hand I have bought a seeburg VL and a
750-E Wurlitzer locally, from Craigs but only when I
could visit with the seller and the machines.  I was
very fortunate about the pricing on both of these. 

I remembered the instance Jackie told us about on this
list so I was not surprised the 1015 was a scam.

Many years ago I drove over a hundred miles to look at
a Seeburg jukebox with a clear glass front for $50.00.
 It turned out to be a Wallbox; at a time when I was
buying them for $25.00 each.  I had to laugh at what a
dummy I was for not finding out more before the long
drive!
