Hi all-
Time to get out of lurk mode-

I have the beast almost all together thanks to this great Easter break and
Wisconsin weather...

I am having problems with trying to get the trunnion gear and record release
gear set properly on the transfer assembly.  

I have the E40 manual, but it shows nothing special about the gears and the
timing marks.   Can anyone tell me if the D40 has that info? (I'd buy it
then).

I think I'm close, but not enough.  I can get it to cycle fully by hand
without the gears attached, so I know it's not binding.
