The manual says that the motors are fitted with the following caps

 

3-07919-07 60 Hz motor the cap is 3 MFD (can be in any combination)

3-07919-08 50 Hz motor the caps (in parallel) 3MFD plus .56 MFD (all caps
100 volt resistors 2 watt) plus a 120 ohm and a 47 ohm resistor.

 

With regards to the turntable, is the one you are dealing with a fixed
centre or does it have the pop up middle (this is the only reason I can
think of for your problem)

I have checked out up to 5 mechanisms I have here they are all the same, no
bearing and if the auto speed feature is used then there can't be one
fitted.
