The 2310 is much better looking machine. Make sure the lid support on 
the upper left rear of the glass lid is removed so you do not 
break/crack the chromed cast metal. Very common problem with that 
series of jukebox.

As for reliability and parts, the 2300 series is easier to fix and 
lots of parts are available.

The LPC480 is not one of my favourite machines - the autospeed unit 
is a pain and it is best to convert that machine to 45RPM gearset 
only. Sound quality is no better than the Wurlitzer (not like later 
Seeburgs that can sound great). Needles are quite expensive compared 
to the Wurlitzer.

Each machine handles the records on edge so they both take pretty 
good care of your collection, just be sure to get the tracking weight 
down as low as possible, 3 - 5 grams usually works for the Seeburg, 
and 5 - 8 for the Wurlitzer.
