That's a Wurlitzer, right?

Any part that moves metal to metal should probably have a drop of light 
machine oil, nothing with paraffin in it, like household 3-in-1.  Any 
plastic (or nylon) moving part, a drop of Teflon.

There should be a lubrication chart in the manual, and you should have a 
manual.
