I can't get at my documents right now, but I recently rebuilt a SHFA5
amp after having done my SHFA4, so I was comparing schematics (I have
both an AY and a DS). I seem to recall that there were a couple of
resistors that had been changed to different values, and maybe a
capacitor, and there was a wiring change in the tone circuitry where
a series capacitor/resistor combination was "flipped" so that the
resistor was the last element connected to ground in one of them, and
the capacitor was the last element of the pair connected to ground in
the other. When I get my game room put back together after hauling eleven
pinball games to the show a couple weekends back, then I can get to my
notes for verification.

Not really anything major in the way of changes, and as Ron says, the
major difference is the connector for the "ear" speakers.
