It is (was) probably a 24VAC motor. Most jukebox control circuitry is
24 volts. Only the turntable motor is typically 120VAC. Someone on the
list may have a junker with a similar motor. Alternatively, you may be
able to unwind the coil and count the turns, rewind a new coil.

That style of shaded-pole motor is common in 120VAC applications. I've
seen them in refrigerator fans, barbecue spits, etc. 24-volt versions
are not as common. The bracketry and gearbox are likely to be unique to
that application but the basic coil and laminated core assembly should
be relatively common.

You'll want to get a service manual, a few people on the list sell
reprints. While you're searching for a motor, test all of the little
red/black lever-action microswitches. You'll likely find several bad
ones. Resistance should go to a small fraction of an ohm simultaneously
with the click of the over-center spring, and stay there. A flaky
microswitch (or several) is likely the cause of the magazine failing to
spin.

As a rule, testing random components by applying line voltage and
observing the result is not a good idea. :-)
