Packard Manhattan ring lift lever part.

Hi all,? I am a newer follower on the website.? In need of a replacement part or guidance where to have the broken part remade.? The lever that is attached to the record ring cam bar that is from the bottom is cracked clear through.?? Any help locating a replacement or guidance on having it remade as I have it just in two pieces.? Thought about having it reweld together but unsure if it will work.
