I got a couple of emails recently concerning these bulbs and I am 
forwarding the information on the list.  These bulbs are available from 
Grainger and below is the email from Rick Murray who also has these bulbs.

Hi carl, i am a member of the list but have been unable to post 
recently. Something having to do with my ISP. Are you looking for the 
miniature disco bulbs for the front panel?  I have quite a few NOS (new 
old Stock) of the pc boards with the lamps. If that's what you need let 
me know.  I have a stock of NOS parts for 60's-70's seeburgs. I 
purchased a retired operator's inventory last year.
