[Jukebox-list] Bad seller on ebay

Hi Scott,
Thanks for the Paypal info. I didn't realize they treated checking and
credit card funding differently. Along those same lines, I have a Paypal
question you might have insight into. My Paypal is connected to my checking
account. In the past, when I pay for an Ebay purchase with Paypal, the funds
were always immediately taken from my checking and credited to the seller,
as I would hope they would be. But starting last week, there now seems to be
a 2-3 day delay to move those funds from the checking account to the sellers
account. I'm wondering if you've noticed a similar change in Paypal
behavior? I sent Paypal an email asking about this, and have received no
response (no surprise there!). I'm wondering if it's just something specific
to my account, or if some system wide change was just made last week.
Regards,
Dwaine
