[Jukebox-list] Bad seller on ebay

Sigh.I paid steeelbear.123 through paypal via credit card so I guess paypal 
won't do anything either.I wonder what the deadline is to get a credit card 
refund? On Dec 11th it will be 60 days since I paid.The item  ended on Oct 6 but 
it took him until the 11th to give me a total with shipping and insurance.
