[Jukebox-list] Bad seller on ebay

Hi Mike,

The system is certainly acting as you describe, in an "echeck" type of
fashion taking 3-4 business days to fund. The only thing is, I've been using
the same scheme for a couple of years. I have NOT had a backup funding
source, or any Paypal account credit. I went back through my Paypal history.
All my payments were "instantly" funded, until this one on Nov 30. And then
one I did yesterday. Maybe I have just been lucky, and the system was
instantly funding all along when it shouldn't have been? Or maybe I did have
a credit card on file, and it expired? I hope Paypal will respond to my
request for an explanation, so I know one way or another. If having a credit
card as a backup funding source makes the checking scheme instantly fund, I
can certainly live with that. Thanks for the info!

Regards,
Dwaine
