The only adjustment on that is the placement of the tip of the gripper 
box, AND the alignment of the two record racks.

If the gripper bow (and/or the plunger) is NOT dropping to the same 
position each time, then chances are it is gummed up somewhat and needs 
to be taken apart, washed with Varsol, then reassembled and oiled.
